The art displayed must be created/painted/etc. by the artist who is registered to participate in the festival. Only fine art paintings and photography will be accepted – NO CRAFTS – we cannot create a conflict with the surrounding merchants. You will be assigned a 10’ X 10’ space in a specific location for your art set-up. The area will support grids, a-frames, and tables. Market umbrellas (weighed down), canopies, and tents are acceptable. Artists will be asked to unload their vehicles and move them from the loading zone before finishing set-up of their space. Cancellations will diminish the overall success of this event, so IF YOU SIGN UP, YOU MUST SHOW UP. Again, artists may not sell any manufactured items or another artist’s work in their space. Art prints produced from the participating artist’s work are acceptable. Please no nudes, or any art that may be controversial, violent, or distasteful to the general public. There will be no refunds.

An adjunct to the Festival will be a street fair featuring a variety of art, Food Vendors, and additional music spread throughout the Theater Square District and available to the general public.
This year, the Petaluma Wine, Jazz & Blues Festival will be part of Petaluma’s Sesquicentennial Celebration, and will take place the day before the Petaluma River Festival. Throughout the weekend, the Petaluma River will be filled with sailing vessels of all kinds, and will provide a spectacular backdrop to the Wine, Jazz & Blues Festival. Together, the two festivals will attract thousands of visitors to Petaluma, and make the city a weekend destination.
We are expecting more than 2,000 Festival attendees. The food booths will be located on 2nd Street between C & D Streets in a Festival area that is accessible to the general public. We are expecting an additional 2,000 + people in this area.
Rental is $150 for a 10’ x 10’ space. Larger space/booth dimensions are negotiable and can be increased, but total space is limited.
Premium space rental, adjacent to the wine pouring behind Basin Street Landing, is $200 (limited to two 10’ x 10’ spaces).
We can provide an 8’ banquet table and a 10’ x 10’ canopy at
additional cost, or you may
choose to bring your own.
Set-up must be completed by 11:15 AM as gates open at 11:30 AM; clean-up
begins at 7:00 PM and must be completed by 8:00 PM
You may decorate your table and canopy any way you would like, and you may bring promotional materials.
Food that is easy to take and eat while walking would be ideal as there will be limited places for people to sit and eat.
