WHAT TO BRING

Dancing shoes or comfortable walking shoes
Sunscreen
Hat

**PLEASE NOTE: Blankets are acceptable, but there will be an audience area that is only for festival attendees who wish to either stand or dance.  This audience area will be approximately 200 feet in length and located directly in front of the stage.  Festival attendees who are seated directly behind the standing and dancing crowd may find it difficult to see during performances.  All audience areas are on a city street, and all who choose to sit will be located behind the area designated for standing or dancing only.  We recommend standing during Festival performances because you will most likely see better, dance more often, and enjoy the performances more.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

NO LAWN CHAIRS
No coolers, food, cans, bottles or alcohol
No pets
No umbrellas, canopies, or patio chairs
No recording devices or digital video cameras

FESTIVAL ADMISSION

When arriving at the event, please present your ticket for a wristband at the ticket booth. Gates will open at 11:30 AM.  We are pleased to offer “in and out” privileges.  This will require every patron to wear a valid, PWJB Festival-issued wristband given upon entrance at the Festival gate in addition to keeping a copy of your ticket stub at all times while on the grounds. We ask for your patience as this may result in small delays at the entrance gates or other unforeseen issues.  However, we believe the benefit to our patrons is significant.  California State Law prohibits bringing cans or bottles into the festival grounds. No coolers, food, or beverages, will be allowed through the gates.  All Festival attendees are subject to search.

WINE TASTING

The Petaluma Wine, Jazz & Blues Festival will feature wine tasting from over 80 of the North Bay’s (Sonoma, Napa, and Mendocino Counties, etc.) world famous wineries. The Sweepstakes, Best of Class, Double Gold, Gold, and Silver Medal award-winning wines from the Sonoma-Marin Fair’s North of the Gate Wine Competition will be featured.  Festival attendees 21 years and older who purchase a $45 ticket will receive 6 tastes of the premium wines produced by these wineries.  Additional wine tastes will be available for purchase at $2 per taste, or 6 tastes for $10.  Also included in the $45 ticket price is a Petaluma Wine, Jazz & Blues Festival souvenir wine glass.  The wine tasting begins at 1:00 PM and ends at 6:00 PM

ART FESTIVAL

An adjunct to the PWJB Festival is an art show which is open to the general public.  Numerous artists will be displaying and selling their fine art paintings and photography.
